Taste of Italy: Feast of San Gennaro

Revel in gorging yourself on baked clams, roll a game of bocce, and check out cooking demonstrations with celebrity Italian chefs…all in one amazing place. That’s right, get ready for the annual Feast of San Gennaro Italian festival in Los Angeles. The event takes place in Hollywood at the corner of Highland and Hawthorne. Although not as big as the New York San Gennaro festival, the LA organizers do a fantastic job, making it a really enjoyable event. There will be lots of fun Italian and American music, from folk to pop to opera as well as dancing, bocce, rides and games and of course Italian food. The Feast takes place Sept 22 to 25, 2011.  The location has easy access for parking at the Hollywood & Highland Center.  Even better…take the Metro so you can enjoy the beautiful vino Italiano.  For more information, click here: http://www.feastofla.org/feast.html
